I Chocolate Orange Pillow nascono a Catania nell’estate del 2009 con l’intenzione di unire le influenze musicali provenienti dal fingerstyle e dal math-rock. Il progetto prende forma alternando a spunti melodici l’utilizzo di ritmiche composte e non lineari, con l'utilizzo di accordature aperte che incrociano uno stile batteristico votato alla ricerca di tempistiche “melodiche”.
